Am now doing Weight Watchers and am finally nearly back to pre-law school weight. My MIL had really good success w/ JC and worked for them for awhile as well. Good to hear it's easy. Nothing beats easy, that's for sure! The walks must be good for the soul as well as the old bod. Wish I could do more of that but allergies are cruel keepers. You can look, but you can't go out there!! So do you buy extra for Koba? Congrats!
